Booking an appointment is simple!
Select the service you would like.
Select the day and time that is available and convenient for you and click “Continue”.
Complete the form, and a confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.
Credit Card Information will be required and will be kept on file. No charge will be applied at this time. See cancellation or no-show policy where charges may apply.
Cancellation/No-show Policy - Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled treatment.
Are you new to Renew? A consultation is required for all new patients and can be booked below. For first time appointments (after your consult), please print off and complete the patient profile form and bring it with you to your visit.
